Items will be shipped out every Tuesday and Friday. Orders received before 9am, PST that day will be shipped out same day.
$7 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling on all orders (5-7 business days after ship date)
If you would like your order early, please contact us HERE and we will try out best to get it to you before your specific date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT & exchanges within 15 days of purchase with tags attached & in original unworn condition.
We DO NOT cover RETURN shipping costs. The shipping cost will be deducted from the total possible refund amount.
Items cannot be exchanged if no longer in stock.
ALL Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Store credit can be applied to your online purchase and at any Biggest Little Fashion Truck event.
To initiate a Return or Exchange please fill out this Return Request Form:
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please allow 1-3 business days for approval or denial of request and to receive a return shipping label. After the package has been received, please allow an additional 1-3 business days to receive your Store Credit Code.
Once a package is shipped, it is out of our hands. If a package is lost, Biggest Little Fashion Truck will not be held responsible. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS here.
If an item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure an exchange or full refund, otherwise, store credit will be issued.
If an item states "delivered" but you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local post office in the event that they mistakenly stated the package as delivered, but still have it in their possession. If the package does not turn up with those steps, we must allow 15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for the package to show up. If it does not turn up within this time frame, we ask that you email email@example.com for further steps.
As every and all situation in regard to lost, stolen, or damaged packages are unique, they will be handled case-by-case. Thank you for your cooperation.
If an item has been worn, tried on or washed and becomes damaged, Biggest Little Fashion Trends will not be held responsible for replacing the item or providing a full refund.
