We are small team here at the Biggest Little Fashion Truck, with that being said we package and ship all orders every Tuesday and Friday.

Do you do full refunds on return items?

We offer refunds in form of store credit.  Store credit can be applied to your online purchase or at any Biggest Little Fashion Truck event.

How do I exchange or return an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out our Return Request Form.

Do you offer free return shipping?

Return costs are deducted from total store credit amount.

Do you offer 2-day or overnight shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.  However, if you would like your order early please contast us HERE and we will try our best to get your order to you by a specific date.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

No. All on-sale items are final sale.

Do you offer pick up locally in Reno, Nevada?"

We do not offer pick up or delivery in Reno, Nevada. Please keep a close eye out for our events if you would like to try on and/or purchase an item in person.
